The mission of Hmong Museum exists to recognize and acknowledge the intersections of all things Hmong. We envision a thriving community with a heightened Hmong consciousness.
The Hmong Museum of Minnesota is the first museum of its kind, dedicated to the preservation of Hmong history, arts, and materials, in the nation. Established in 2015, we have been a museum without walls, partnering with local cultural organizations to bring engaging intergenerational programs to the community. Hmong Museum recently secured its first gallery at Hmong Village, a market at the center of Hmong commerce in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Museum gallery will open in fall 2023.
