Public Record Media (PRM) is a non-partisan, Minnesota-based nonprofit
organization focused on access to government records. PRM requests
government records, publishes original stories based on the records, and
participates in open records litigation.
PRM’s archival collection includes hundreds of thousands of pages of
state and federal records on public affairs issues. The collection also
includes the personal papers of a growing number of individuals who were
involved in journalism or government oversight work, including
Iran-Contra whistleblower Gene Wheaton and investigative journalist Mike
Kaszuba.
The contents of PRM’s collection are being archived on MN Collections,
and are available for research review by contacting PRM.
