Description
Pleater / plaiter. A wooden board with a series of thin metal strips used to fold fabric and create pleats for blouses. Instructions are on the back of the board. Fabric is to be folded between the strips, then pressed with an iron. The strips are hinged on one side and snap onto the board on the other side. Included with the board are 2 metal sticks and 3 wooden sticks. The sticks are very thin and used to guide the fabric between the metal strips. There is a piece of paper folded between the strips to show how fabric would get folded in.
