Description

Little League baseball player jersey. The jersey is light gray cotton? It is short sleeved. There is a zipper down three-fourths of the front. Around the neck, down the entire opening and on the cuffs is a 3/8" wide woven trim that is black with a white stripe in the center. Across the top front is a silver polyester? square with a white embroidered edge. Stitched on the right side are black letters "LEE" and on the left side "MAN". On the left sleeve is a round patch. It is white ribbed material outlined with blue embroidery and then red. In the center in the background is an embroidered red square with a blue square over it with the corners in the center of the sides of the red square. In the center is a white baseball with red stitching and a blue embroidered baseball player. In white above the ball is "BABE RUTH" and below is "LEAGUE". There is a blue "R" in the lower right. The bottom sides of the jersey curves up. Along the bottom hem is a 1/4" wide white binding. On the center back is a black velvet "11" outlined with black embroidery. There is a label in the inside back of the neck. The label is white with brown "SIZE/40/Spanjian(red)/PASADENA/DO NOT USE BLEACH. USE LUKE-WARM/WATER WITH MILD SOAP. AIR DRY./DO NOT TUMBLE DRY". There is gray cotton on the inside neck and opening. Condition - There are brown rust like stains on the bottom right back. There are medium brown stains on the front. There are small holes around "LEEMAN". It looks like there was a different name patch there. BUGS? - There were no noticeable bugs on the jersey. However, it had been on exhibit and there were other jerseys by it that had bugs. It was frozen from 8/7 - 8/9/2007 for 51 hours, and from 8/10 - 8/13/2007 for 68.5 hours. It was vacuumed on 8/15/2007.
