Lace collar and cuffs - Buckingham Point Bobbin Lace in shadow box frame. Collar and cuffs were worn by Mrs. Germaine Hormel.*It was identified as "Bucks Point" or "Buckinghamshire Point" Bobbin Lace. However, upon closer examination, it does not appear to be a Bucks Point lace pattern.
