Description

This is a color photograph of Earl B. Olson mounted on a large brown molded plastic background that frames the photo. Earl B. Olson is dressed in a white suit, white shirt and sports a wide necktie with large blue and grey polka dots. A red pin is on his right lapel and he is wearing a gold ring with a red stone. The photo itself has a brownish background. The photo has an uneven edge that gives it a torn look.
There are two attachments to the top of the frame that  look to be large bent over nails. Attached to these nails is a chain with large links to give it a very industrial look.
On the back is a paper sticker that reads: Earl B. Olson: Jennie O Foods: Chairman of Board "1975"
