Personal papers from Dr. Rolland Pistulka. Pistulka specialized in family medicine. He attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. Pistulka practiced medicine in Nebraska, Iowa, Chaska and Shakopee, spending many years at St. Francis Hospital and being actively involved with St. Gertrude's Health & Rehabilitation Center. Pistulka also worked as a volunteer and board member for the Minnesota Valley Restoration Project, Historic Murphy's Landing, and the Scott County Historical Society. In his capacity as a volunteer with Murphy's Landing, he worked as a re-enactor, creating and presenting the persona of "Dr. Dunn" - a late 1900s doctor in the Minnesota River Valley.
