Scrapbook documenting Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague. Queen of Peace Hospital opened on February 14, 1952 under the sponsorship of the sisters of the Order of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. An addition was added to the building in 1962 and the hospital opened clinics at New Prague, Belle Plaine, Le Sueur, and Montgomery. The hospital system was acquired by Mayo Clinic Health Systems in 2011.

The scrapbook has hard brown textured paper covers with a cotton tie spine and tan construction paper pages. Printed in gold on the front cover is "Scrap Book". Adhered to the pages are photographs and newspaper articles (mainly cut from the New Prague Times) about hospital staff, staff training, new ambulance service, the building of a hospital addition, statistics of hospital services between 1952-1976, the hospital's 25th anniversary, retirements and staff changes, and so on.
