Description
Scrapbook from the Scott County 4-H club Lucky Stars. 4-H is a youth organization administered by the United States Department of Agriculture, largely through individual state extension offices. The Lucky Stars were administered by the Extension Services of the University of Minnesota in Jordan. The four Hs stand for "Head, Heart, Hands and Health". The goal of the organization is to engage children through agriculturally based programs that focus on citizenship, healthy living, science, engineering, and technology.

The scrapbook consists of programs, photographs, certificates, ribbons, correspondence and newspaper clippings of the Lucky Stars of Lydia celebrating the holidays, at the Scott County Fair, performing plays, engaging in demonstrations, completing service projects, at achievement banquets, at Demonstration Days, and so on between 1989-1995.
