Description

Large green glass bottle of Rock Spring Sparkling Water from Jacob Ries Bottling Works, Inc. in Shakopee. The bottle is round with a tapered neck and curved lip with metal bottle cap. Embossed around the bottom of the neck is "Rock Spring". The metal cap is painted green and white with the text "Rock Spring Water". A white, green, red and black paper label is adhered to the facing side of the bottle just below the neck. It shows a Jacob Ries Bottling Works logo with the text "Rock Spring/Chill Before Serving". At the facing side of the bottle is a hexagon shaped paper label in white, green, red and black. It shows another bottling works logo with the text "Sparkling/Rock Spring/Water/The King of Sparkling Waters". Printed along the bottom edge of the label are the company's name and address. The bottom of the bottle is embossed with various numbers are the maker's name.
