Description
Ladies headband style hat. The hat is a U shaped wire and metal band painted pink. The rim of the band is covered with pink velvet and the lining is a pink sheen fabric. The top of the band is covered in tulle flowers. The flowers are varying shades of pink with a few edges tinged in green and brown. No maker's marks.
