Description

Ladies round tam. The hat is black velvet with black velvet piping around the outer rim. The inner rim is edged with black grosgrain ribbon. Also seen there are two metal V-shaped head clamps. The clamps are also covered with black velvet. Seen left of center on the outer rim are two tassels. The longer of the two has a black silk ball and rhinestone ball. No maker's marks.
