Description

Certificate issued to Alphonse Noterman from the Allen Electric & Equipment Co. The piece is cream colored paper printed in black and gold. It has a thin black border, gold stamp at the lower left corner, and company logo. It reads "The Allen Power-Tune Course/Greetings: This is to certify that Alphonse Noterman has faithfully attended the prescribed lectures and clinics and has met the required conditions of the Allen Power-Tune Course of Modern Engine Servicing./In testimony whereof we have affixed our signatures this 17 day of April 1957." It is then certified and signed by K. W. Voelker, Wade Allen and a third person whose name is illegible. Backside is blank. Housed inside a metal frame with glass front. The frame is cut and painted a light tan meant to imitate wood.
