Information recorded for deaths is: Number, Date of Death M/D/Y, Full name, sex, color, married/single/widow, Age Y/M/D, Place of Birth, Disease or cause of death, Place of Death, Occupation, Names and Birth Places of Parents, When Registered. Information recorded for births is: Number, Date of Birth M/D/Y, Name, Sex (and condition as twin, illegitimate, etc.), Color, Place of Birth, Full Christian name of each Parent, Birth Place of Each Parent, Occupation of Father, When Registered. Book plates with maker's marks are adhered to the insides of both covers.
