Description

Ladies coat worn by donor's mother in Jordan. The coat is otter fur. It has a V neckline and two oversized hooks and eyes front closure. Seen at each sleeve cuff are small elastic tabs around the wrists. The coat is lined in brown satin. The satin has a maroon colored sheen. At some point the lining was reinforced at the armpits. A maker's label is stitched onto the coat at the back of the neck. It reads "Albrecht Furs/Founded 1855/Saint Paul/Minneapolis."
