Description
Coronado brand phonograph owned by the Strehlow family of Shakopee. The phonograph has a square shaped metal base. The metal is painted brown to appear as wood grain. On top of the base is a metal turntable. The turntable is covered with brown felt. At the right side of the turntable are the phonograph's brown plastic arm with metal needle, a brown plastic and silver metal on/off switch, and a small brown plastic cup for holding extra needles. A circle is seen at the center of the base's front side for the phonograph's speaker. The circle is covered with a tan and cream fabric mesh and a decorative silver metal horizontal bar. A brown rubber electrical cord is seen at the right side of the base. The underside of the base is covered with cardboard. Maker's stickers are adhered to the cardboard.Geographic Notes
