Below the text is a religious illustration. Below the illustration is the text "Zweig Verein/St. Joseph, Scott County, Minn." The German roughly translates at "St. Monica Branch Association" and was most likely a German, Roman Catholic fraternal organization. Adhered to the bottom edge of the ribbons are silver decorative fabric bands with silver fringe. The top edge formed by the ribbons is adhered to a decorative metal pin painted silver. Stitched at each side of the ribbons near the top edge are short silver tassels. The edges of the blue ribbon are trimmed with silver fabric cording sewn into a looped, half-circle design.
