Woman's vest. The vest is a nylon-polyester blend in black with a light polyester fill. It has a black plastic zipper front closure, two black plastic zippered front pockets, and a mock turtle neck. Embroidered in white, red, orange, yellow, green, purple and blue at the left side of the chest is the logo for the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. Adhered to the inside back of the neck is a maker's label. A care label is adhered to the inside left side.Geographic Notes
