Description
Badge worn by Julius Coller, II as a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. Seen at the top of the badge is a small gold metal name tag with a pin closure. Inside the name tag is a slip of paper with "Julius Coller II/Minnesota" typed on it. Adhered to the bottom edge of the name tag is a gold and ivory striped satin ribbon. Printed in gold on the ribbon is the text "International Convention/C. O. F./Detroit, 1936". Attached to the bottom edge of the ribbon is a small ring with a medallion. The medallion is in the shape of a star. At the center of the star are a circle with a cross and deer. Text within the circle reads "Catholic Order of Foresters". Maker's marks stamped into the underside of the medallion.Geographic Notes
