Description
Uniform headband worn by Lorraine J. Coller as a child in Shakopee. The headband was part of her uniform when she was a baton twirler with Joy's Twirlers. It is navy blue cotton shaped like a crown with white cotton cord trim. Attached to the ends of the crown is an elastic cord. No maker's marks. Appears to be handmade.
