Description
Cloth doll in ethnic Serbian costume. The doll is a man with black wavy hair and a black hat. His hair and hat blend into each other and are almost indistinguishable from each other. He wears a long white loose fitting shirt with a collar and loose fitting white pants. The shirt has blue and red embroidery on at the wrists and chest. Over the shirt he wears a brown vest with gold accents which is secured at the waist with a thick brightly colored woven belt. He also wears a long waistcoat over the vest which is accented with gold edging. On his feet he wears brightly colored woven socks which match his belt and cover the bottom of his pant legs. His shoes are brown leather and held on with white laces. Each end of a plastic coated copper wire is inserted into the back of the shoes to stabilize the doll when placed upright on a flat surface.
