Description

Cloth doll in ethnic Serbian costume. The doll is a female with brown hair and red hat which is covered by a white kerchief. She wears a long white dress which covers her from her neck to ankles and has long sleeves which is fitted at the wrist, but loose on her arms. Over the dress she wears a red vest with cold accents and an apron which is woven with bright colors and has red fringe. Over the vest and apron, she wears a long waistcoat with red and gold trim. Thick woven gray stockings cover her ankles. Her shoes are gray leather and held on with white laces. Each end of a plastic coated copper wire is inserted into the back of the shoes to stabilize the doll when placed upright on a flat surface.
