Description
Porcelain commemorative plate from Wedgwood. The plate displays an image of the Bunker Hill Monument at the center and a floral motif on the rim with six cabbage roses. The image shows crowds of people at the monuments base, there are also other buildings in the background in classical and federal styles, and one Gothic church in the background to the monument's left side. There are several maker's marks on the back of the plate including two from Wedgwood and one from Shreve, Crump & Low.
