Description

Ledger book used by the Shakopee Agency office of the Andes Insurance Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio. The book has hard green book cloth covers reinforced with black leather at the corners and spine. Stamped in gold on the front cover is "Andes Fire Records". The bound paper pages are printed in red and black. The first section of the book consists of an alphabetized index (it is unused). The remaining pages are one-year term property insurance records noting the name of assured, term dates, insurance amount, and property description. Majority of the book is unused. No maker's marks.
