Description
Radio receiver won by Maurice Stans when he was 15 years old. It is made of a cardboard cylinder wrapped in copper wire which is mounted on a square piece of wood. The cylinder is topped by a round pice of wood which has brass controls and terminals mounted on top.
The receiver has a pair of headphones attached to it. There are no maker's marks on the radio itself, but there is an etched inscription on the headphones which read, "Frost Fones No. 171 1500."
