Abstract of title for land near Hamilton (Savage). The legal description is Lot 2, Block 7 of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 27, Range 24 in Riverdale, Scott County, Minnesota. The abstract is typed paper housed inside a blue paper folder. Brass tacks adhered the pages to the folder are seen along the facing top edge. The abstract notes land owners between 1857-1910, the development of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha Railway on the land, a certificate noting the abstract was correct according to the Scott County Register of Deeds, a page noting the land's legal description, a letter from Shakopee attorney W. N. Southworth stating the land described in the abstract was the property of the Dan Patch Realty Company, and a signed certificate of abstract issued by the Dan Patch Realty Company.
