Shakopee Police Department uniform duty belt worn by Ronald Scherer. The belt is black leather with a double hook style buckle. Embossed on the facing side of the belt is a decorative X pattern. Looped through or hooked onto the belt are black leather pouches for holding the officer's service weapon, handcuffs, pepper spray, night stick, and two-way radio.
