Black and white real photographic postcard of Sand Creek in Jordan. Seen is a bridge over the creek, a horse and buggy are visible at the center of the bridge. An unknown building is seen in the background. Etched into the emulsion at the facing bottom left corner of the image is "A view on Sand Creek/Jordan Minn." The postcard is used and was sent to Mrs. Anton Scharlid (Skarolid) in Hopkins, MN, by Emil Slavicek on 8 April 1910. Slavicek wrote to Mrs. Scharlid that he would be in Hopkins the following Monday to search for a job. It has a one cent stamp with a Jordan postmark.
