Description
Corn Husking pin / hook. Steel pin with a single point. It has a thin leather thong to hold the hook to the hand. A there is some cloth padding taped to the part that fits around the outer edge of the palm of the hand. "The Boss" is printed onto the metal.
This artifact was found in a box containing carpenter and blacksmith tools owned by Lorentz Giskaas, who had a shop in White Bear Lake Township in the 1860's. He was originally from Norway.
