Woman's blue dress with floral pattern.
Most likely a costume dress - zipper along side indicated much later date than style of dress.
Dress had been on permanent display in the District 63 schoolhouse and suffered damage due to exposure to light, moisture, and dirt/dust. There is significant fading is areas from direct exposure to sunlight. Much of of the outside has a layer of dirt, dust, and cobwebs that will require cleaning.
