Black dress with black belt and collar detail. Ruched 3/4 length sleeves. Collar is V-shaped with a black bric-a-brac border at top, center is turquoise fabric with clear seed beads sewn on in random pattern, bottom is black bric-a-brac with bric-a-brac flowers.
