Description
Butter churn. This table top butter churn has a 9" glass jar base. The jar has a 3/4" chip on the mouth. The lid has a crank which powers four wooden paddles that stir the cream into butter. There is a spout used to drain off the buttermilk. It has a one gallon capacity.
This churn was used on the Nels S. Dalager farm in Barsness township by Susanna (Mrs. Nels) Dalager.
