Description
Dress is made of a black satiny fabric with a dropped waist and self belt. The back and near hem show a stitching detail. The hem is higher in the front by about 2 inches. The skirt is pleated and the dress has long sleeves with a single snap closer at each wrist. The bodice has a black collar and lapels that run in a V design down to the dropped waist.

Shoulder= 16.5 in Chest= 22 in Waist= 21 in Length= 51 in

Some tearing on the back of both shoulder blades, loose stitching on front viewer right of belt and bottom of V collar. Small snares on the lower back. Possibly designed and made by Emelia Eck, Morris seamstress.
