Round fluted edged dish with Souvenior of Hancock Minnesota in each piece. Yellow custard glass with handpainted roses and floral motif. Gold gilt rim. Studded jewel in base of glass surrounded by molded glass perhaps Norwood. One of a set of four. Also four matching tumblers.
Property of Bertha Osterman-Willim Qusebarth of Moore Township 1910 - life father,48, mother 60, death in 1948. Bertha moved to Texas following Williams death in 1948. This set of dishes was won in a contest in Hancock in 1917 by guessing the number of beans in a large jr. They came into Henry’s (son) possession following Berthaa’s death in 1960. Donated to SCHS on June 30, 2000 while in attendnce of Erland Chrarles’ funeral.Geographic Notes
