Description
Lathe - handmade turning lathe of oak. The pedal part is missing and an electric motor has been used to turn the lathe. 1880 vintage. Made by Gust Flordin of Rolling Forks township. Stanley Braaten obtained the lathe in 1953 when it was about to be thrown out. Stanley used it to make his first of many spinning wheels.Related People and Organizations
