Battery charger. Fansteel Balkite Trickle charger made by Fansteel Products Co., North Chicago. Made in U.S. A. Patent no. 8438. It consists of a green glass jar with liquid billing the bottom third. The bottle has markings for Low and High. Next to the jar is a metal unit with 2 battery clamps and a 2 prong electrical cord.
