Pair of Indian clubs, made of hard maple, 15" high, pear-shaped, knobbed at the top. Tapered to fit the hands. The clubs have been varnished but the finish has worn off with use. There are 2 black bands on each club. They were much used by young ladies for exercises. A routine was followed at times that displayed the user's skill.
