Kiwanis International - Anoka Area - square banner patch of blue back ground with Kiwanis International Foundation printed in white letters and "Today" stitched in yellow, "Club" stitched in white. Given in appreciation to qualified club members as a Blue-Level Club member. This program honors clubs that achieve a minimum per-member giving level from active dues-paying members during the Kiwanis administrative year (October 1- September 30). Gifts from clubs, individuals and other entities to the Kiwanis Children's Fund are counted in determining per member giving.
