Description
Silver metal buttonhole scissors. One arm of the scissors has a screw mechanism to keep scissors from closing all the way. Blades of scissors has .5" notch out of it next to the hinge.
Stamped in one side of scissors "HORN'S/ PATENT". Stamped on other side "PATENT/ N-4???6"
