Round medical mirror attached to a leather head strap. Mirror is 3.5 inches in diameter with a .75 inch round hole in the center. Mirror attaches to leather strap by a metal plate. Two balls make the mirror adjustable. Leather strap fastens in the back with a metal buckle. Right side of strap has two snap fasteners of unknown use.
