Nurse's cap from WWII. Dark green cap, knitted material, with an embroidered bound edge, and lighter green lining. "Lt. A. Kotula / N 776171" on the inside right. "Ag. Kotula" inside top. A 1" x 3/8 " silver colored rectangular medal pinned to left off-center front of cap.
