Description
Metal hubcap. 1.25" cylindrical base with a .75" tall octagonal extension (spinner?) on top that says "JEFFERY". Inside of base has two sets of threads on the inside. Two screw holes opposite of each other. One extra hole with white around it- could have been from corrosion.
