Framed decorative certificate of recognition for many years of service in the telephone industry presented to Ida Kotilinek making her a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Certificate is dated Aug. 17, 1946 and signed by Samuel Cushing, secretary and Randolph Eide, president. Certificate has illustration of Dr. Alexander Graham Bell at top and two illustrations of employees at work located at mid-frame. Item is mounted in brown stained wooden frame under glass with tan paper backing and wire hanger.
