Description
Framed, matted commemoration of the signing of the Water Bank Act, Dec. 19, 1970, to preserve wetland conservation, signed by President Richard M. Nixon. Document on left says "To Charles Styrbicky whose idea led to law. Member of Congress." Copy of Public Law 91-559 is to left of Styrbicky dedication. Gold pen with Nixon's signature on barrel used to sign the act is affixed above both documents. Frame is black wood with green matte with glass to protect items.
