Description
It has a brown wooden base with a piece of stone on top. There is a piece of wood going up from that. On the front of the wood is a strip of silver metal with a triangle pattern on it. There is a metal horse attahced to the top. There is an engraved plaque on the front that reads " MQHA/ Region I/ Walnut Grove, Minn./ 1962/ Novice Novice Cutter."
