Description
Navy blouse with black silky ascot. Shoulders: 20 inches. Chest: 18 inches. Length: 27 inches. WWII Navy Uniform - belonged to Richard Schmidgall (a-e)
Sailor collar with three stripes and two stars, sleeve cuffs with three stripes and two buttons each. Stripes on shoulder and collar discolored. One stripe around viewer left shoulder. Viewer right breast pocket with stitching detail at the corners. Tear and repair in front 'v' of collar. cloth tag beneath back of collar, name and rate were written, bleed out. There is a viewer left interior pocket with button.
Interior bottom hem has white name stamp
Ascot is a stiffer material with a silky texture, narrow, worn, and discolored.
