Description
Wedding dress is blue velvet. It is 3/4th length to full length, the sleeves are full length. A v-neck runs into three (3) ornamental flowers made from blue velvet with yellow centers. The dress is bias cut with a self belt (i.e. made from the same fabric as the remaining dress). The belt consists of two (2) ties attached on the left and right sides of the waist line, pulled across each other, (creating an 'x' where they cross). One of the strands is looped around the front of the dress (below the waist), and they are attached on the left side back of the dress with a metal snap. The metal snap is in working order. The sleeves are very wide, with elastic on the very ends of each arm. Fabric is gathered around the elastic, but elastic is fragile.
Two tears are noted one in the front of the skirt on a seam line 2-3" in length, the second is on the seam of the right armpit. A few patches on the dress are discolored slightly, but are difficult to see dependant upon the lighting. Some frass was removed from the dress particularly the front and back of the skirt.
