Veil is tulle, with two (2) different layers, each having a different lenght, the longest is 39.6", the shortest is 19.2", the veil/tulle can be spread wider than 28" but was probably worn around 28-30", and will be stored at an equivalent/narrower width.

Description
Bridal veil, appears to be hand/homemade. The veil consists of two layers of tulle, each layer a different length, attached to a brown head band that has multiple large white feathers attached via thread. The brown head band has a black elastic band attaching the two edges making a full/closed circle for the headband. The tulle is yellowed in some areas and has small (1/4"sized and smaller) holes located generally throughout it, but especially on the longer section of tulle.
The feathers are in very frail condition, they are literally falling apart
