Description

Dark blue satin with white polka dot skirt. Faded black/blue cloth waist band. Skirt is tiered as follows: 12" paneled satin, 5 stitched horizontal pleats across 5.5", 3.5" satin, 3 stitched horizontal pleats across 3", 9" satin with vertical pleats stitched for about 4 inches, 2.5" decorative off-white lacework squares, 2" satin. There is an underskirt/undertier under the bottom third of the skirt. Skirt is fuller in the back, where it gathers/overlaps at the back center hook and eye closure.
