Description

A small black hat with a brim that barely widens. There is a red band going most of the way around the top edge of the hat. Black, white, and red feathers are coveing the red stripe. In back there is red cloth hanging down. Inside the hat is lace. There is also a "Maurice L Rothschild/ young-Quinlan Co" tag. There is also a tag with the number "22" om it.
